Here we are again at the end of an exciting year, as we wonder where the year has gone. Each year seems busier than the last, which, of course, contributes to how fast the time flies.

Projects Survey – Norway’s New Nation-BuildersDec 3, 2012 A fourth straight record year of oil-gas spending is wrapping up, and the list of projects points to a record 2013. Spurring spending are 22 discoveries made in 2011, including oil in the Barents Sea. Yet, as plays are matured, infrastructure creeps north only slowly. Remoteness and new rules mean progress is steady, at best. Yet, this is the future pace of arctic activity.
