Hardy Oil and Gas plc, the oil and gas exploration and production Company, with assets in India and Nigeria announces an update to its drilling in India.
In the exploration block GS-OSN-2000/1 awarded under NELP II on the West Coast of India, the first well GS01-A1 was drilled to the Depth of 4,374 metres and penetrated the full sedimentary section and terminated in the Deccan trap volcanics (technical basement). The well was logged and cased.However, no testing was carried out in the zones of potential interest due to operational constraints. The log results are being further reviewed prior to the finalisation of the second location in the block.
