Wood Group Mustang has signed a memorandum of understanding with Century 3, a Shanghai, China-based engineering, construction and construction management company, to collaborate on sourcing, bidding for and executing projects. The agreement provides Wood Group Mustang with a path to support capital projects for refining, chemical and industrial businesses being developed in China by key clients and for Chinese businesses expanding into the US or Canada.

Under the agreement, Century 3 will work exclusively with Wood Group Mustang for specific clients. Century 3 will provide its 800 project and construction management personnel in 10 locations across China, experienced leadership and extensive licenses, including the Class 1 Engineering License, for the downstream sector.
