Wentworth says that the Private Placement has been completed and 15,412,269 new Shares in the Company have been admitted to trading on AIM and the Oslo Stock Exchange.
The enlarged issued share capital of the Company is now 169,534,969 shares. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Wentworth under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
