Venture Production reports a number of organisational changes which will take effect upon completion of the process of delisting which is expected to become effective on 2 October 2009.

Venture Production reports a number of organisational changes which will take effect upon completion of the process of delisting which is expected to become effective on 2 October 2009.
Mike Wagstaff (Chief Executive), Peter Turner (Finance Director) and Rod Begbie (Corporate Development Director) have decided to leave the organisation following delisting. Simon Waite (Company Secretary) will also leave the Company at the end of October 2009.
Jonathan Roger (Chief Operating Officer) will stay to run Venture's day to day business operations in Aberdeen and Hoofddorp in the Netherlands, reporting to Mark Hanafin (Executive Director, Venture plc and Managing Director, Centrica Energy, Centrica plc).
Commenting on the news, Mark Hanafin said, "I'd like to pay tribute to Mike's leadership of Venture and his success in developing the business over the last ten years.
Peter, Rod and Simon have been key figures in Venture in recent years; I'd like to take this opportunity to thank them for their contribution to Venture and to wish them success for the future."
