Urals Energy appoints interim CEO

The Board of Urals Energy says that Sergey Uzornikov, the Group's Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr Uzornikov will not be appointed as a Board Director of Urals Energy.

The Board has commenced its search for a new Chief Executive Officer and further announcements will be made at the appropriate time.
