TXO provides update on Empire case

The Directors of TXO plc, the AIM-quoted energy resource and clean technology investment company, have been informed by the US legal counsel acting for and on behalf of Empire Energy Corporation International Inc. (Empire) that following Thursday's telephone conference the Court has set a conference date of January 8, 2014 at 10am (Eastern Time) to hear Empire's Application that the complaint filed by Smart Win in the Supreme Court of New York City be stricken on the basis that Smart Win have failed to comply with a previous Court Order dated 2nd October 2013 in their refusing to make court witnesses available by the 17th December 2013.
