Tracerco launches new product

Industrial technology specialist Tracerco, part of the Johnson Matthey group, has added a new NORM (naturally occurring radioactive material) monitor to its award-winning range of radiation monitors.

Tracerco will launch the TRACERCOTM NORM Monitor-IS, an intrinsically safe NORM Monitor, this month. Intrinsically safe means that it can be used in potentially explosive environments, making it ideal for the oil and gas industry.

This is the third new monitor Tracerco has released in as many years, and follows on from the successful introduction of the TRACERCOTM Personal Electronic Dosimeter (PED) last year.
