Tethys Petroleum Limited has been informed by David Botting that he does not plan to put himself up for re-election as Non-executive Director at this year's Annual General Meeting.
Executive Chairman, John Bell, commented, 'I would like to thank David for his significant contribution to the Company since he joined in November 2014. He has played a valuable role in the board transition that took place and I speak on behalf of everyone at Tethys in wishing him well for the future.'
