Tesla Exploration Ltd. announce the appointment of Mr. Chris Brown as Vice President, HSE of the Corporation. Mr. Brown replaces Mr. Ronald Seabrook following his departure from the Corporation.

Mr. Brown joined the Corporation in February 2012 as the HSE Manager of Tesla Exploration Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation. Prior to joining Tesla Exploration Inc., Mr. Brown held the position of Senior HSE Manager with an international geophysical seismic corporation.

Richard Habiak, Tesla's President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "We are very pleased to welcome Chris in this new position and expect that his expertise will complement our existing leadership team".
