Swire Oilfield Services (Swire) has appointed two new members to its executive team. Richard Sell joins as chief operating officer (COO) and Peter Ellington as chief technical officer (CTO).
Based at the company’s headquarters in Aberdeen, Mr Sell has moved from Swire Group sister company, China Navigation Co. Pte. Ltd (CNCo) in Singapore, where he was responsible for running its bulk logistics business, bulk shipping trade and managing CNCo’s chartering, sale and purchase of vessels.
