Stratex Oil & Gas participates in a new Bakken well

Stratex Oil & Gas Holdings, Inc.

Stratex Oil & Gas Holdings, Inc. declared its participation in a new Bakken formation well in Divide County, North Dakota.

The well, Olson 35-26-1H, is being drilled and operated by Mountainview Energy, LTD headquartered in Cut Bank, Montana. The Olson 35-26-1H was spud on January 5th, 2013 and is currently on confidential status.

Stratex anticipates receiving production data from its operating partner Mountainview Energy, LTD. in the very near future and will update the investment community as soon as possible.
