Stratex Oil & Gas Holdings, Inc. has acquired a new lease in Runnels County, Texas containing 386 gross acres. Since signing the lease, Stratex has reopened a shut-in well that had initial production volume of between 60-90 barrels per day and has settled in at 15 barrels per day. This is the Company's first acquisition in Texas.

Stephen Funk, CEO of Stratex, added: "This acquisition represents another step in our evolution as a growing E&P company. We will continue to acquire new acreage and production through various means to continue executing on our business plan."
