Technip in the UK awarded Top Employer certification

Technip in the UK has once again been named as one of ‘Britain’s Top Employers’ at a ceremony in London.

The Top Employers Institute, previously known as the CRF Institute, presented the prestigious award to the Aberdeen-based subsea company on Tuesday, March 11th. Technip retained their status due to the continued efforts to support HR policies and practices and staff working conditions.

Recognising Britain’s Top Employers since 1991, the Institute is a global specialist in the field of certification and research into HR management and working conditions.

They recognised Technip’s strength in meeting the strict criteria of the awards in benefits and working conditions, training and development, career progression opportunities, and culture management.

HR Director for Technip in the UK, Alison Hunter said: “We are delighted to achieve this highly valued accreditation for the third year running, and value the contribution of our people to win the award.
