Fugro’s long-established presence in the Asia Pacific region will be reflected on its exhibition stand at this month’s OTC Asia event. Providing people, equipment and technology for all elements of the offshore exploration, development and production industry, Fugro will share its knowledge and expertise with both exhibition visitors and conference delegates.
With solutions to the technical and economic challenges of exploring more remote, deepwater locations, the Fugro team at OTC Asia will showcase its subsea capabilities, geophysical and geotechnical services and metocean services and systems.
Also available on Fugro’s stand will be details of Fugro Voyager, the new purpose built DP2 geotechnical drilling vessel, which is expanding its operations in the frontier areas of the Asia Pacific region. Specifically designed and built to address the varied demands of the region’s deepwater markets, the Voyager is permanently stationed here to improve availability for clients as they venture into more remote expanses.
In the technical programme, Fugro is presenting six papers across three different sessions: Offshore Installation and Construction on Wednesday; Seabed Geohazards on Thursday; and on Friday one of the final sessions, Facilities Design, Construction and Commissioning. In the Knowledge Sharing ePoster schedule, Fugro is involved in the Centrifuge Model Study on Vertical Pullout Behaviour of Square Plate Anchors in Normally Consolidated Clay.
