FoundOcean and Ranger Offshore, Inc. signed a strategic agreement this month, formalizing the already strong relationship that has developed between the two oil and gas sector specialists. Combining complementary resources and a wealth of industry expertise, the partnership will offer clients a competitive, design-to-installation solution for a range of projects.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Ranger Offshore provides marine and subsea construction support services including vessel and diver hire; inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM) solutions; and pipeline and offshore construction.
