Calgary-based energy E&P outfit Antrim has recorded a third quarter net loss of C$2.3 million, or some $1.4 million worse than the year-ago period despite production rising 47 percent year-on-year to 141,331 barrels of oil equivalent.
Revenues fell away some C$700,000 to C$3.2 million in the year-ago span, just as the company readies a field development plan for the U.K. Causeway field.
Submitting the Causeway plan will coincide in early 2008 with the drilling of a well at the Fyne field.
More production in Argentia, a new province, is not expected before “at least two years of drilling” set to follow up the recent summer of seismic.
