ADIL, the independent energy consultancy, has secured a significant contract with PA Resources to provide project management services on its Broder Tuck field.

Broder Tuck is an undeveloped gas condensate field located in the Danish sector of the North Sea which may tie into existing infrastructure. ADIL will lead the pre-development project management on behalf of PA Resources from its recently opened London office, with support from its offices in Aberdeen.

A team of eight ADIL personnel will work with PA Resources’ subsurface, commercial and well engineering teams to determine the best facilities configuration to deliver production from Broder Tuck. The optimum number and phasing of wells will also be determined.

ADIL will manage delivery of the technical and financial information necessary to enable a fully informed decision on moving forward to define stage. All the documentation necessary to undertake the front end engineering design (FEED) will also be provided.

ADIL has previously supported PA Resources to undertake appraise stage reviews for both Broder Tuck and Lille John (an oil discovery close to Broder Tuck) and to evaluate the commercial viability of its Bergman field in the UK Sector of the North Sea. ADIL is also providing supply chain management services to PA Resources operations in Tunisia.

Rob Pickles, ADIL’s general manager for London, said: “We are delighted to secure this contract and further our working relationship with PA Resources. We have extensive experience of working for our clients at the pre-development stage to determine the best possible solution for their assets and we are looking forward to delivering this to PA Resources.
