The new Spillex Exhibition at Oceanology International 2014 (ExCeL London, 11-13 March 2014) will focus on the prevention of, and response to, environmental incidents in the marine environment.
“There is no doubt that providing a platform for the overlap between the Oceanology International industries and the environmental impact prevention and response sector can be successful as we saw in 2012,” says Exhibition Director, James Coleman, of Reed Exhibitions.
“We are therefore delighted to announce that, in response to industry demand, Spillex will be supported by the Eurospill Association, and held alongside Oceanology International 2014, to cater to that need. The exhibition area and seminar programme will feature organisations involved with technologies and services such as spill prevention and response, training, contingency planning, oil spill modelling, environmental sensitivity mapping, and well and pipeline incident detection and intervention.
“Companies such as Briggs Marine and Vikoma have already taken up the opportunity to join us at ExCeL,” he adds.
