Solomon Associates (Solomon) has named three new Regional Business Development Leaders and one new Senior Consultant. As Regional Business Development Leaders, Annelize Victor, Diogo Carvalho, and Ahmed Jadwat are responsible for helping Solomon develop new business relationships and grow their revenue stream in North America, South America, and the Middle East, respectively. Kevin McQuillan, Solomon’s newest Senior Consultant, will be based in Bahrain.

Victor, who is focused on expanding Solomon’s relationships in North America, brings more than 22 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Her expertise varies from business development and consulting to overseeing sales and plant operations. Victor holds a Bachelor of Engineering in chemical engineering from the University of Pretoria in South Africa, as well as certificates in finance and accounting from Rice University where she was involved in the Rice Leadership Development Program.
