Solimar Energy Limited wishes to announce that for personal reasons the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Mr Chris Bowyer is resigning.
Mr Bowyer will be finishing in his role at the end of February and shall continue to provide assistance during the course of the transition to his replacement.
The Board thanks Mr Bowyer for his contributions over the years.
