Rosneft and BP obtain regulatory approvals to dissolve the German JV

Rosneft has obtained the approval to dissolve the Ruhr Oel GmbH (ROG) Joint Venture from the German Federal Ministry of the Economy and Energy (Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie).
