Rockefeller Hughes Corporation, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange has received a statement of claim alleging that the name of the Company infringes a trademark registered by Rockefeller & Co. The Company believes the claim to be without merit and it intends to vigorously defend it.

Rockefeller is an emerging junior oil and gas company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of oil and gas properties. The Company is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol RHC. There are currently 74,116,681 common shares issued and outstanding.
