Rialto Energy Limited reports the appointment of senior industry professionals to the Management of the Company in both its Perth and soon to be operational London Office.
The Company's ability to attract staff of the caliber of those set out below represents a vote of confidence in relation to the quality of its assets and its strategic direction. Of note, is the extensive working relationship that many of the appointees have had over the last 20 years. This has allowed the Company to build in a relative short period of time a team environment that will be critical to delivering significant growth in shareholder value over the coming years.
Charles Nieto - Chief Operating Officer
Mr Nieto is a seasoned Engineer with 32 years international oil and gas experience working in Italy, Indonesia, Cambodia, Norway, North Africa, Syria and UK North Sea.
From 2005, Mr Nieto served as Technical Vice President and General Manager Operations and Development for Stratic Energy, responsible for planning and implementing onshore and offshore drilling campaigns in the UK Continental Shelf, Europe and North Africa. Prior to this, Mr Nieto enjoyed a 16 year tenure with both Enterprise Oil and Shell, where he held various senior positions including Technical Manager and Senior Reservoir and Petroleum Engineer, being responsible for managing high capital projects such as Jotun FPSO development, offshore Norway; and the Scott Field development in the UK North Sea.
Mr. Nieto will be the Company's Chief Operating Officer based in London and will have responsibility for all of the Company's operations in Cote d'Ivoire. Mr Nieto holds an Engineering Degree with Distinction from the Camborne School of Mines.
William Foley - Development and Commercial Advisor
Mr Foley holds a Bachelor and Masters in Geology, has 30 years international experience in the oil and gas sector with extensive West African experience, most recently with Addax Petroleum. His career includes 17 years with Chevron Corporation, with positions in the US Gulf of Mexico; UK North Sea; North West Shelf, Western Australia and Angola.
Mr Foley was Exploration Manager for Addax Petroleum, responsible for the deep water Joint Development Zone between Nigeria and Sao Tome and was responsible for significant gas resource additions. He was also responsible for management of Addax's exploration program in Cameroon and was involved in the proposal to Shell to jointly develop oil and gas resources in Nigeria estimated to total several TCF gas, and hundreds of MMstb oil.
Mr Foley has undertaken extensive consulting work with clients including, Chevron, Exxon, Texaco, Pemex, and Netherland Sewell. His responsibilities have included review of risk and reserves, interpretation and advice on project management.
Thomas S. Thrasher - Reservoir Engineering Manager
Mr Thrasher is a Reservoir Engineer, and brings 34 years of exploration & production company experience obtained via a distinguished career with ConocoPhillips. Prior to joining Rialto, Mr Thrasher held the position of Chief Reservoir Engineer for the UK North Sea business unit with ConocoPhillips, where he was responsible for the subsurface technical excellence for a team of 25 reservoir engineers, peer review and approval as part of the Geological, Geophysical and Reservoir Engineering management team, along with UK reserve determination and reporting compliance.
Over the course of this career, Thomas has worked various key assets located in Cote d'Ivoire, Canada, North America and Alaska onshore/offshore, China, North Sea (Norway and UK), Venezuela, Kazakhstan (North Caspian), Kuwait and Australia. Of note is his key role in the appraisal and development of the Espoir Field, offshore Cote d'Ivoire which contains reserves of around 123 MMBOE.
Thomas' vast technical expertise, broad project experience, leadership skills and industry involvement in the Society of Petroleum Engineers make him a valuable addition to Rialto's team.

Jean-Pierre Petit - Managing Director C&L Natural Resources Limited
Jean-Pierre Petit is a France based oil and gas consultant who has wide ranging experience in the oil and gas sector in Africa. Mr Petit has over 30 years experience with Exxon Mobil, and has been involved in large scale development projects at a senior management level, including acting as Vice President and General Manager for Exxon of the 1 billion barrel Chad Development Project.
Mr Petit has a long standing affiliation with C&L Natural Resources Limited (CLNR), the Company's 75% owned subsidiary purchased as part of the transaction which provided Rialto entry to the CI-202 Block in Cote d'Ivoire. Over the preceding 5 years, Mr Petit has gained extensive working knowledge of CLNR, Cote d'Ivoire and the CI-202 Block itself. This level of knowledge and understanding will be of considerable benefit to the Company as it progresses its program in Cote d'Ivoire.
Vance Querio - Non-executive Director
Mr Querio has been appointed to the Board of Directors as a Non-executive Director. Mr Querio brings with him a wealth of oil and gas experience, particularly in the West African region. Mr Querio is a former Chairman and Managing Director of the Addax Petroleum companies in Nigeria. Prior to Sinopec's acquisition of Addax Petroleum for in excess of US$9 billion in 2009, Addax was the largest and fastest growing independent oil company in Nigeria with peak production capacity over 110,000 bopd and total expenditures of over US$1 billion per annum.
Matthew Worner - Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary
Mr Worner holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business and previously practiced as a solicitor specialising in corporate law (in particular IPO's and capital raisings) and is a former Company Secretary and Legal Counsel at Tap Oil Limited. He is responsible for the Company's legal and company secretarial duties, and has extensive corporate, legal and governance experience.
