Reservoir Link, the well intervention and perforating solutions provider, has been awarded a contract to deliver annulus wash and cementing assurance (AWCA) equipment and services with Archer, the global oilfield services company, to ROC Oil (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd in Southeast Asia.
The project, which is estimated to commence in Q4 2017, will see the companies provide equipment and services for ROC Oil’s Phase 2 drilling campaign offshore Malaysia, where wells will be plugged and abandoned for slot recovery.
The 1-year contract – which comes with a 1-year extension option – includes the provision of AWCA equipment and services, Tubing Conveyed Perforating (TCP) guns and charges, and associated services including planning and technical support.
