Polarcus has appointed Rod Starr as its new CEO. Polarcus said that Starr has more than 30 years of industry experience.

Prior to joining Polarcus, he worked for TGS where he held several senior management positions worldwide – most recently as senior vice president, Western Hemisphere.

Commenting on his appointment, Starr said: "I am delighted to be appointed as Polarcus' new CEO and very excited to be joining such a progressive company.
