Petrofac have exercised a number of options to extend their charter of Bibby Stockholm, one of Bibby Maritime’s floating accommodation vessels.

Bibby Stockholm is currently berthed in Lerwick, Shetland Islands, and has been located there since April 2013. The vessel has been housing hundreds of workers from the Sullom Voe Laggan Tormore project.

“We’re really pleased that Petrofac have asked to continue their use of Bibby Stockholm until the end of the year as we know she’s providing a great service in the Shetlands, and we’re receiving positive feedback from workers living onboard”, said Carl McLaughlin, Bibby Maritime’s Commercial Manager.
