Petro-Victory Energy Corp. wishes to announce the resignation of Drew Faulkner from the Company's board of directors. Mr. Faulkner joined the board in late July anticipating that he could devote sufficient time to assist in the Company's efforts in Latin America.

Subsequently, Mr. Faulkner has made certain other commitments and regrets that he must step down from the board. He remains a shareholder and has indicated continuing support for the Company's operations. We wish to thank Mr. Faulkner for his efforts over the last six months, and wish him the best in his new endeavors.
