PanAtlantic Exploration announces the addition of Mr. Roberto Marino Garcia as Country Manager - Colombia. Senior Vice President H. Daniel Hogan states, 'We are pleased to have Roberto join our Colombia team.

With his significant executive background and recent 2-1/2 years' experience with ANH (Colombia National Hydrocarbons Agency) as Advisor to the President, Mr. Marino will have an immediate and positive impact on our operations.'
