On Friday, 20 November 2015, PA Resources submitted an application to delist its shares from the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange. The application follows the decision by the board of directors to proceed with the delisting. PA Resources announces its intention to divest its assets and apply for delisting, on the 17 November 2015.
In the application to Nasdaq Stockholm the last date for trading the share has been set to 31 December 2015. PA Resources' commitment to its creditors to delist its shares was first announced in conjunction with the publication of the Reorganisation Plan on the 9 September 2015.
