Director General of the Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority, Magne Ognedal is awarded the prize for his great contribution to safety on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
”He has assumed the role of both strategist and advocate, and both the regulatory framework and safety audit regime have enjoyed continuous development as a result," says Chair of the ONS Board, Lars Takla.
"Ognedal has carried out his work in close dialogue with the industry and employee safety representatives.”
