ONEnergy Inc. declared the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Mark Lewis. Mr. Lewis has served in this position since 2013. ONEnergy's Chairman of the Board, Stephen Letwin, will serve as interim CEO while the Board of Directors identifies ONEnergy's next CEO. The change is effective immediately.

Mr. Letwin commented, "The Board of Directors thanks Mark for his commitment and many contributions to ONEnergy. We have initiated the process to identify and recruit an experienced executive who can drive our dynamic business forward in the fast evolving energy sector."
