Oilexco shares to trade on TSX

Oilexco Incorporated

Oilexco Incorporated has been advised by the TSX Venture Exchange that the Company's shares will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at the opening of Wednesday, February 18, 2009.

Oilexco's shares will no longer trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The Company's trading symbol will continue to be "OIL".
