Oilexco Incorporated

Oilexco Incorporated advises that Mr. Brian Ward is no longer serving as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Aleksandra Owad, Oilexco’s Chief Accounting Officer, has been appointed interim CFO.

Oilexco shares are listed for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “OIL”.
