Adrian Bannister - OEG Offshore

OEG Offshore confirms Adrian Bannister has been appointed as chief financial officer (CFO) of the OEG Offshore group of companies.

Mr Bannister will assume responsibility for the group's global finance team activity, including accounting, taxation, regulatory and reporting matters for OEG worldwide.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Mr Bannister was most recently CFO at Viking SeaTech Ltd where he managed the company's financial and business investment strategy. After joining in 2012,the business achieved significant growth, with revenues exceeding £70m.

Prior to Viking SeaTech, he held CFO positions with Stork Technical Services and Sparrows Offshore Group Ltd.

Mr Bannister will be based at OEG's Aberdeen office and will also join the group's board, which governs the holding company and each of its regional operating companies.
