Noble and Shell Amend Drilling Contracts on Three Ultra-Deepwater Drillships

Noble Corporation plc has announced that the company and certain subsidiaries of Royal Dutch Shell plc have agreed to amend the existing long-term contracts on three ultra-deepwater drillships.
