Nighthawk says that at its Annual General Meeting being held this morning at 9.30 a.m., Rick McCullough, Chairman of Nighthawk, will give a short presentation providing an update on the Company's operations as well as providing a discussion around the market outlook for U.S. onshore oil and gas production and demand.
Operations Update Highlights
The principal highlights from the presentation are as follows:
•Monarch and El Dorado Joint Development Agreements
◦We initially saw six to seven potential pop-up features on structure in Monarch based on regional 2D seismic
◦Early 3D seismic results indicate as many as nine such features with potentially 40-50 Spergen drilling targets
◦At least one structure appears from initial 3D interpretation to have potential to be similar in nature and size to the Arikaree Creek field
◦3D seismic is being fully interpreted and should be ready to pick initial drilling locations in July 2015, with drilling anticipated to begin in September 2015
