Montana Exploration Corp. and Waldron Energy Corporation continue to work towards satisfying the remaining conditions precedent in order to complete the previously announced arrangement between Waldron, its security holders and Montana, notwithstanding the previously anticipated closing date of December 1, 2013, and that they expect to provide a further update shortly.
