MDU Resources Group, Inc. says that Daniel S. Kuntz has been named general counsel and secretary, effective Jan. 9. He succeeds Paul K. Sandness, who is retiring Jan. 8.
"Dan has extensive knowledge in corporate and regulatory law. He has provided excellent counsel to our company on many important matters in the past 11 years," said David L. Goodin, president and CEO of MDU Resources. "Dan will continue to protect our company's reputation by ensuring we meet or exceed all legal obligations."
