P2 Energy Solutions announced that Kosmos Energy Ltd., will leverage P2 solutions to drive safer and more efficient operations in global markets.

Kosmos, whose primary areas of operation are underexplored regions in Africa, Europe and South America, will replace traditional paper-based systems with P2's Beyond Compliance solution to power its workplace incident tracking system and management of change (MOC) process. The Dallas-based company's switch to technology-driven operations will enable managers to quickly and more accurately document worker incidents in the event they occur and, when necessary, implement corrective procedures that continuously put safety at the forefront.

"As we continue to expand globally throughout the oil and gas frontier, we hope to apply the same Environmental, Health and Safety standards that are already in place here in the U.S. across emerging countries such as Ghana, Morocco and Suriname," said Marvin Garrett, Kosmos' Senior Vice President of Operations. "P2's Beyond Compliance solution will create better visibility into our operations and ensure that we're putting safety first at all times."
