KFG Resources Ltd's President, Robert A. Kadane, reported that the Company's subsidiary, KFG Petroleum and partners, have logged and cored several oil zones in its Barnum #4 well. Production casing is being run to 6500' for a completion attempt. KFG has a 9.19% working interest in the well increasing to 21.6% if the project pays out.

Completion operations are proceeding on the Company's previously announced Drouet Poole Estate #1 and Stockfelt#1 wells. In addition, a location has been staked for the Drouet Poole Estate #2 well to be drilled within the next 30 days.
