Hoover Container Solutions has acquired Container Company Ltd. (Container Company). This acquisition complements Hoover's recent acquisitions of Consult Supply AS and Dolphin Energy Equipment making Hoover one of the largest worldwide suppliers of CCUs.

Hoover now has a meaningful footprint in substantially all major offshore energy hubs around the world including Houston, Texas; Scott, New Iberia and Port Fourchon, La.; Aberdeen, Scotland; Stavanger, Norway; Abu Dhabi, UAE; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Perth and Melbourne, Australia; and Macae, Brazil,” said Donald Young, Hoover’s chairman and chief executive officer.
