Offshore accommodation specialist, HB Rentals has named Erica Toussaint Human Resources Business Partner, announced Vice President of Finance and Administration Dennis dAquin.

Based in HB Rentals’ corporate office in Broussard, La., Toussaint will be responsible for embedding corporate HR strategy and providing professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business. She also will manage an HR team both in the United States and internationally.

Prior to joining HB Rentals, Toussaint served as HR Manager for The Shaw Group, Inc. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and received her Professional in Human Resources Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
