Hansa Hydrocarbons Limited (Hansa) is pleased to announce certain significant developments towards first production from the Juliet field.
The first of two horizontal subsea production wells was successfully drilled and completed in the first half of 2013 with the Noble Ronald Hoope drilling rig. Upon clean-up the well flowed at stabilized rate of 63 million standard cubic feet per day, being limited by the capacity of the test separator.
The well is now suspended and will be hooked-up for production following installation of the subsea pipelines and facilities and completion of topsides works at Pickerill A platform later this year. The second well is planned to be drilled in Q4 2013.
