Gran Tierra Energy Inc. makes management changes.

Shane O'Leary, Gran Tierra Energy's Chief Operating Officer (COO), has elected to retire. Duncan Nightingale, currently President, Gran Tierra Energy Colombia, will be promoted to COO to replace Mr. O'Leary. Adrian Coral, currently Senior Operations Manager, Gran Tierra Energy Colombia, will be promoted to President, Gran Tierra Energy Colombia to replace Mr. Nightingale.
