Venture Production says that on 30 March 2009 it received notice from Graeme Sword of his resignation as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mike Wagstaff, Chief Executive of Venture, said, 'I and my fellow Board Members would like to express our particular thanks to Graeme Sword for all of his efforts as a Board Member of Venture since 2007.'
