The Moscow Exchange is transferring Gazprom's shares from the Non-Listed Securities Register to the Quotation List A Level 2 (QL A2).

The Company has a transparent business structure, an open information policy and a high quality corporate governance system which we are continually improving. And here is another evidence of our efforts - the Moscow Exchange is including Gazprom's shares in the Quotation List A2. This is an important step towards increasing the Company's capitalization and liquidity of securities," said Elena Mikhailova, Member of the Management Committee, Head of the Asset Management and Corporate Relations Department of Gazprom.
