Fortune Oil announces the changes to its Board of Directors with immediate effect as follows:

Mr ZHI Yulin has resigned from the Board after serving as a Non-executive Director since 30 November 2000.

Mr YUAN Jun will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 9 June 2014.

Mr YUAN is currently Executive Deputy General Manager at Zhenhua Oil Company Limited ("Zhenhua"), a subsidiary company of North China Industries Corporation (NORNICO).
