Eos Petro, Inc. has appointed Alan D. Gaines as Chief Executive Officer.

An acknowledged expert within the oil and gas space, numerous oil and gas industry periodicals, as well as a multitude of magazines and newspapers on a global basis have quoted Mr. Gaines over the years.
