Endeavour says that K. Darcey Matthews has joined Endeavour as its new Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.

"We are delighted to have Darcey join the Endeavour team," said Mike Kirksey, Endeavour's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. "Darcey has an in-depth knowledge of the capital markets and brings strong communication skills that will help communicate our strategies and objectives to all our stakeholders."

Ms. Matthews comes to Endeavour with over 11 years of relevant experience advising public companies in the capital markets, most recently serving as Managing Director in the Global Corporate Client Group at the NYSE Euronext in the US and Europe. Prior to that, she served as the Northeast Regional Business Manager for Investor Business Media Network. Ms. Matthews' responsibilities include internal and external communications and the development of an effective Investor Relations program designed to provide Endeavour with enhanced visibility to all its constituencies.

Ms. Matthews graduated from New York University with a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Finance. She is also a board member of the Houston Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute(NIRI).
